3 Detrimental Dog Training Mistakes You Probably Make By Cary Benjamin
Training a dog is not as easy as some people make it sound. How easy it is to train your dog depends on the specific dog ... what breed, their background, and even their disposition. However, there are some things that you may be doing the right sabotaging your dog training.
When you start training your dog, you should start by laying down some ground rules. Like building a house, if the house is built on shaky foundation, the house will not be very strong, and can actually come down at some point. Most of the errors is along these lines.
First, cried during the training that is easy, but to be counterproductive. Easy to get caught up and frustrated with the dog training and progress, and quickly go to cry. You should be aware that I was actually a cry for training. Your goal is to get the dog to obey commands in a quiet voice, your vote does not cry.
Second, take longer than 15 minutes to train your dog during a session that does not know much about the amateurs. Your dog has a short attention span of you, and if you try to hold out of training for more than 15 minutes, the dog will become frustrated and so will you.
Lastly, forget to praise and treat your dog every time they follow the order or the action you want them to act. Easy to forget to treat each time, never fail, but if you are the dog treats and expect that you forget, your dog will lose confidence that their actions do the right and may be set back a little.
